Raqib Naik is the Executive Director of the Center for the Study of Organized Hate (CSOH), a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank based in Washington, D.C. He is a researcher and expert on organized hate, extremism, disinformation, authoritarianism, and digital harms, with a broader focus on threats to human rights, vulnerable communities, civic space, and democratic institutions.

His research examines the transnational spread of extremist ideologies and networks, online and offline hate mobilization, far-right disinformation and conspiracy theories, the role of digital platforms and their design and governance in enabling and amplifying harm, and the societal and human rights implications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Naik serves as a Fellow at the Political Conflict, Gender, and People’s Rights Initiative at the University of California, Berkeley.
