Position Title: Digital Creative Producer

The Center for the Study of Organized Hate (CSOH) is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Creative Producer to lead the organization’s visual identity and digital creative output. This role is responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in all public-facing communications.
The Creative Design Manager will oversee the design and production of social media content, research reports, videos, websites, newsletters, and other multimedia assets that support CSOH’s research, advocacy, campaigns, fundraising, and public engagement. The role also provides technical support for virtual events and works closely with researchers and leadership to translate complex research into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design and Branding
- Lead the creative development and execution of CSOH’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Design high-quality social media graphics, infographics, presentations, campaign materials, and promotional assets.
- Design and format research reports, policy briefs, factsheets, annual reports, and other publications.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches for campaigns, reports, and advocacy initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and design standards across all organizational outputs.
Video Production and Digital Publishing
- Edit promotional videos, interviews, webinars, explainers, and social media videos.
- Produce short-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, captions, subtitles, and basic animations.
- Optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain CSOH websites using WordPress or other content management systems.
- Publish articles, reports, multimedia content, and organizational updates.
- Coordinate with developers on website improvements and new features.
- Ensure content is optimized for accessibility and search engine performance.
Social Media, Email Marketing and Multimedia Support
- Manage social media publishing across multiple platforms.
- Create and schedule content aligned with organizational priorities.
- Develop creative assets for campaigns, events, publications, and fundraising initiatives.
- Monitor engagement and prepare basic analytics reports to evaluate performance.
- Design and produce monthly newsletters and email campaigns.
- Manage mailing lists and email templates.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage the technical production of webinars, virtual conferences, and online events.
- Prepare presentation materials, livestreams, recordings, and post event content.
- Provide technical support to speakers and participants during virtual events.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in publication design, digital graphics, branding, and video production.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
- Experience managing WordPress websites and content management systems.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar webinar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI powered creative and productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in human rights, digital rights, democracy, or nonprofit advocacy is highly desirable.
