Elizabeth Lievens

Grants Manager

Elizabeth Lievens is the Grants Manager at the Center for the Study of Organized Hate (CSOH), where she leads institutional fundraising, grant writing, and grant management across CSOH’s research, advocacy, and policy initiatives.

She is an international development professional specializing in democracy and governance, with a focus on advancing women’s economic empowerment and inclusive private sector reform. She has nearly a decade of experience securing and managing US Government-funded programs, leading projects, and building partner networks across South Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Her expertise includes gender-transformative program design, grant and proposal writing, and project and operations management, while supporting business associations and other local partners.

She holds a master’s degree in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
