Anjum Khalidi is a nonprofit leader with 20 years of experience working at the intersection of poverty, gender equality, and social justice. With academic training from Syracuse University and Columbia University, she has dedicated her career to advancing locally led, data-driven solutions that center dignity and long-term impact.

She currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising at BRAC International, a global leader in pioneering and scaling proven poverty solutions.

Previously, she served as Senior Director of Development at BOMA, an organization that empowers women and youth in Africa’s drylands to lift themselves out of extreme poverty through rural entrepreneurship.

Whether shaping strategy, mobilizing resources, or building mission-aligned partnerships, Anjum is guided by a deep commitment to equity and a belief in the power of inclusive systems to unlock opportunity for those too often left behind.
