Naoto Higuchi is a professor of sociology at Waseda University and the author of the forthcoming book The Digital Rise of the Far Right in Japan, co-edited with Yuki Asahina (Manchester University Press). Nanako Inaba is a professor of sociology at Sophia University and the organizer of a scholarship project supporting undocumented high school students.
